Anyone want to buy a dredge?

No this is not a for sale ad, just a rant.

Just got off of the phone with the Dept of Ecology. Apparently what he told me in June, which was that the unique characteristics of my HPA location would allow me to get a permit, were all wrong.

I now have an unusable floating dredge that I would have to travel hundreds of miles to use. That is after spending over a year to get a permit FIRST. GAH!!!

sold mine; rules, regs and no more help dragging it up and down the creeks/river banks. nephews/grand sons and friend abandoned me.
actually traded it for a tractor and some boot

I also sold all of my equipment / dredge's and associated get for camping due to being a F.O.G. with a wore out body ! And I sure miss it !!!

It was Boone Creek out at Iron Springs. It's a 3" with 9.78 SF of Sluice.

Mike(swWash): For more reasons than just gold, I am seriously contemplating moving to SD.

Not going for the gold, it is just better gold than here. Plus, I can dredge there, lol. My reasons for SD are not a topic for here.
