I had a hip replacement a month ago, and got out for the first time of the year today for a little walk about where I’ve had some success before.

I found what looked to be some pieces of pottery, but after looking around the area more there were lots of skeet disks shot up laying around, so I’m not sure if these are pottery or not. They’re more worn and older looking than modern. Also found what might be a drill or awl? Would love to hear your thoughts to wether these are natural or perhaps something.

Looks natural to me but I would've picked them up too. The hip surgery is a life changer. My wife had one before she turned 40 and her life is so much better. Good luck and I hope you are able to keep searching!

I’d say clay pigeons, and it is drill shaped but I don’t see the scars from intentional shaping I think it was just a coincidental fracture, the other piece of flint could be debitage and the round ones I think are just random rocks although the pink one may have been in a fire

Hey thank you both. I appreciate your input and agree you’re probably right. It’s just good to get back out and wonder a bit.
