I managed to get a silver rosie but by the looks of it I think it had been underneath a concrete driveway, got a wheat, some clad a fake ring and a old plated gravy ladle. I never knew the rosie was silver till I got home watched a movie and thought oh well I might as well clean up todays finds and discover the rosie when I brass brushed the edge and noticed it looked silvery instead of the typical clad edge, it was a nice surprise. Normally I never touch silver with a brush but this one was an exception, otherwise I probably would have stuck it in the tumbler never knowing what I had.

Nice finds Giant, silver is always good, even if it's ugly!! HH Dan

Nice finds! That rosie does look rather ganarly. 1946- I believe I have more from that year than any
other single year, a good year.

Good luck,
HH.

Nice finds, Giant! I'm partial to the gravy ladle myself.

Keep digging!
