Any idea on age and what jar/jars this came off of? There are lots of patent dates on it.

These were INSERTS for Mason fruit jars.. Whitehall and atlas.. many makes, hard to tell the company by the photo but it looks like Atlas.. they started these in 1856 I BELIEVE
