Are these bullets from the civil war?

I found these in my yard today any idea on the age of these. Thank you for your help.

Small one is 38 cal. Possibly 38 Colt or 38 Special. Large one could be a 45-70 405 grain. Both post 1920

I'm thinking Spanish American War.. Found several of them at a shooting range used by the Calvary @ Ft Oglethorpe,GA

No good with bullets but the grey one reminds me of a martini-henry bullet

Ive found a few at a Spanish American War camp down here in SW Georgia. Camp Churchman - Albany Ga. .45-70 is what I think they are.
