Are these two 40% struck through grease?

I never really pay attention to this kind of error, but are these struck through grease? And if they are, are they worth anything more than melt?

I don't really see where they would have been struck through grease. Maybe the "LI" in LIBERTY on the 66 but I don't see anything on the 1969 coin. What part of the coins do you think were struck through grease? Maybe upload a picture of them with the part circled or something. I can't really tell.

The 66 may of been on the LI on Liberty. Not sure on the 69
