Are you watching the historical Senate filibuster today? Senator Rand Paul, R-KY, is trying to force Obama and/or Holder to answer the question, "Is it constitutional (for the govt) to kill an American on US soil without due process?"
Sen Paul has vowed to hold up the filibuster until that question is answered by either man, and has been talking from the Senate floor for nine hours.
