We need your help in the Keys to fight NOAA, it's more than treasure.

If you’re referring to the 1715 wreck down by Stuart/Inlet area, the state already knows about it and put it off limits except to a university from what I heard.

FYI- The State requires anyone filing for a 'Lease' to describe their intent. This is recorded. The State then extracts money from that person and grants a BS lease that has EVERYTHING the person desires in that lease.. or maybe one more.. or one more.. then refuses the last lease that grants your right to bring anything found topside! So yes.. they have the site you refer to, and mine, and others in their data-base. The State then denies anyone in the future from investigating THAT area.

What do the FL say about the use of ROVs? I would think that the plethora of available and affordable sophisticated devices would have been addressed. By now. Are there any regs yet?

I agree 100% ! the Absolute Last thing that Matters is race.
a Persons race has Absolutely nothing to do with training or Experience.
