Arizona Relics Late 1800s Early 1900s - Please Help Identify!

Some stuff we found yesterday at an old place here in Southern Arizona. Please let me know what you think, as Im trying to determine the age and/or origin of this stuff. Thanks

Or cleaning the ear wax out! I'm not kidding! Got one that's like a squashed circle that I've been using for a wax extractor for years. My grandma's been rolling in her grave since I've been using it.

You know, I was thinking something about shoes, but then somebody told me they were for opening tin cans or something. My sister also mentioned the brain scrambling idea. Wrong desert though. Thanks again, everyone.

I couldn't get the little buckle thing much cleaner but I was able to read it, it says "Security".
