Does that book cover? I’ve bought “Midwest” books before that barley cover beyond St. Louis. I’d love to Find a good material reference book
The book does list Knife River flint in North Dakota, and has the states south of the Dakotas including Kansas and Nebraska. While there may be some flint outcroppings in these states, the book focuses on the "Major flint sources" .

So the answer is No. there are no flint sources detailed from the Nebraska/Kansas/Oklahoma area.
