My son and I took our first "outer space" shots last night with the telescope that Santa brought him for Christmas. It turned cloudy on us before we could try the bigger lenses. Colton wants to know if anyone has ever treasure hunted on the moon? LOL

Neat pic's, & great hobby, I show my Grandkids the moon with our telescope.
Some of the Astronauts may have a 'few rocks' on their shelf at home. ::).

That's great 1320!

I've never looked through a scope of that quality, myself....
Good you are giving Colton that option!

Thanks for the pics. We like pics!

Nice photo, and that's a terrific Christmas gift!

Treasure hunting on the moon? I'm sure a moon rock would bring a few dollars to your wallet if you had one for sale.
Some time ago I watched a program that featured a meteorite hunter flying in an ultralite while searching the flat landscape for bumps. Those rocks brought him some good pay too.

I've always wanted a telescope:)

Ohhh, don't forget the solar eclipse on the 26th. I bet that will make for some interesting views!! And speaking of views, no one in the USA will be treated to the show:(

For this photo, I just stuck the lense of the digital camera into the telescope lense and held real steady. This telescope isn't equipped with camera attachments, wish it were....
