Check connections in battery compartment springs may have compressed to much. Shake it a little when trying to power on and see if the screen does anything. Don't shake hard just a little to see if it's a battery issue. Worst case call Garrett and they will have him up and running soon. Good luck
 

I talked with Ken today, he is sending his AT Gold back to Garrett. He bought it from us used a few months back, but Garrett is repairing it under warranty. I love how Garrett takes care of customers!

The good news is he was finding colonial coins before it went down!
