We went to Hilton Head for a few hours and found these things, lots of people not many signals..
BUT I have never found a plastic thing full of money… 11 quarters and a penny… 😳😲 plus that crazy Christian Cross Ring though it’s not silver or gold 🤷🏼‍♂️
Didn’t get a chance to really hunt much as the wife was with me and didn’t think she wanted to be on the beach after dark…

That's a pretty cool find. Like a modern miniature cache.

Yes kinda like that… I’ve never found something like that… plastic full of coins… I’ve found plenty of junk rings though…
I’ll be honest with you.. I thought someone buried that ring and was watching me to see if I found it because when I got the signal I looked down and could see what looked like something buried with a handful of sand… I was in the high tide area but in the wet sand… scraped off 1/2 an inch of sand and there was the ring… I was looking around expecting someone to come up to me… but nobody did 🤷🏼‍♂️😂

Nice finds
I live near Hilton Head and I'm guessing that the quarters in the plastic container are for the parking meters they have at some of the beaches.

Are there parking meters in the area?

I have only hunted Hilton Head once, but I had good luck there, finding 3 gold rings over 3 hunts over weekend. 1 on first day, 2 on 3rd day.

Honestly don’t know 🤷🏼‍♂️ I’m a Veteran and park free in South Carolina 😆
(You have to be a Veteran and have a veteran tag on your car, which… if you’re a veteran of any military service you can get from your DMV wherever you’re from)

My wife was with me also, when I was there low tides were early mornings and late afternoons. I have hunted very late at night too. I'm always armed when hunting at night and many times during days.wife doesn't care as long as I let her sleep if hunting very late or very early.

I found a jar of pennies once all newer and once a purse old one of course it was empty
But it's always fun to find stuff you never know what's next. Great post
When I was a kid we had time share at Hilton head Island seemed like paradise at the time actually still does lol

Well it means leaving her in the hotel by herself and she doesn’t like that, she still prefers to cuddle up to daddy at night 🤣🤷🏼‍♂️

I don’t mind really early in the morning or latter in the afternoon but middle of the day is two blistering hot 🥵 to be walking the unshaded beaches
