I just hit for a:

1891 Indian head penny
1890 seated dime
1901 merc dime
1942 Canadian penny
and a wheatie

...in the most iron infested area I have every hunted in!

Settings?: ProMode, 81/2 x 11" coil, 0 Discrim, iron audio = on

it's amazing how thru all the iron chatter that you will suddenly pick out the high pitch...may be soft...or it may be faint... but HIT of a coin or silver in a place which is filled with a ton of iron and garbage with the AT Pro!

I had previously went over the area with my Etrac... yeah! no kidding! I am not saying a 'this is better than that....' ... but the AT Pro picked it out easier for me with the rolling tones, fast swing speed/recovery, and that high pitch 'warble' it does when silver is under it!... and it was impressive!

I got the AT Pro as a back up to my Etrac for those rainy days so I can still hunt (since it's waterproof). I always thought Garrett just had those 'big-green-dinosaurs' and couldn't run with the big-dogs... boy was I wrong! The AT Pro in Pro-Mode is a beast!
