Take a average, or price it in the middle between the high and low. A lot of the time condition is a major factor. Is yours in better or worse condition than the others sold?

The only thing I could find on eBay was one from 1923 and it's sold for $145 mine's from 18 something I don't know what around about 30-40 years does to the value I have been trying all week emailing many people and can't get one stinkin response

I can relate. I sent off many an email to many people over the years trying to get information on items. Sometimes it works, most times it doesn't, in my own experiences.
