There isn't more Marines than Army dudes.... We just make more noise about ourselves! OORAH (Hey! Where's the spell checker?) TTC

I went to your blogspot. Very nice! WOW! too many star devices on that Vietnam ribbon! TTC

TerryC, those are not my ribbons, I took those off the internet. I only have five ribbons.

Hmmm. Have you checked lately? You recieved the Vietnam Cross of Gallantry and others. When Nguyen (Kow) Ky fled to the US, he gave that medal to all US Viet Vets. Others have also been assigned that you may not have been told of. I recieved the Viet Presidential Unit Citation and did not find out till in the '90s. In Texas, they say you have a "shi__load" coming. Check around. Stay thirsty, my friend. TTC

Too young for Viet-Nam, too old for desert storm. Had a few little skirmishes in between though. Helicopter electrician by trade, door gunner in my down time. Had way too much fun for it to end so soon. Semper Fi.

I was 0341, 81 mortars, but never stuffed a tube! Never humped a round. Went straight to Nam from San Diego Recruit Depot, Hué and Phu Bai. Had a big party during the Tét offensive of '68! Lots of fireworks... dancing in the streets... know what I mean? Lots more .... for another time. Sempre Fi, my friend. TTC
