If I can be MOTO (Master of the obvious) for a moment - It is a 1 Groschen coin.

Is this what is pictured on the smaller disc?

It's the Madonna of Mariazell shrine in Austria. I would guess this is from a Salzburg souvenir shop.

You can find a similar likeness on the 1934 5 Schilling coin - but it is NOT the same as yours.
