Gail Martin, as given, is in the archery hall of fame: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Archery_Hall_of_Fame
Len Cardinale is one of them, also a hall of famer

So, what book is this... might that give a clue as to who we might expect to see?

Here's more photos - have got a majority ID'ed - I met a lot of the old timers with my Dad, Dale Marcy.

Glenn Hisey
Norm Mullaney
Dick M? (Little Delta Guide)

The card is either to Dale Marcy or one in his memory; can't quite tell by what you have provided.
However, I can tell you about Dale Marcy:
Dale Marcy 1927 - 2005
There should be enough leads shown in this source to find out who these signatures belong to.
Don..........

Arghh. Lost a post(?).

Anyway ,George Gorham may be one hunters name.
Charlie Kroll was a friend of Fred Bear.
Larry D Jones is a bow hunting hall of famer ,so maybe most signatures were as well?

Gail Martin bought a bow from Damon Howatt in 1949. In 1976 Matin bought out Howatt in Wa. ( probably all old news to you.)

May not be a Howatt.
He and his wife are all the Howatts a brief search turns up. Does not look like her.
