Ax find

[Cosmo]

Getting ready for 7-10 inches of snow (supposedly ) found this 3/4 ax in a creek few years back. Has a few ancient chips. About 6 inches -Illinois .

Wish one would wash out for me. No axes or Celts yet for me. Found a bit of one the other day but it was so small broken piece I just left it.

Nice find. Have only found one small myself. And never found anything but pottery in the creek. Thats a monster.

Yack Illinois. Creeks are the way to go in my opinion. Even the creeks others say have been walked out.

Fantastic!!! I only ever found half of an axe.... And it was half, the long way..... Looks good in a case though!!
