Axe and other tool. Need ID!

Found this where there have been civil war and fur trade relics found. The axe is broke off on the back part. The part of the hole that is there is round like the black smith made trade tools. It is made of iron.....also found another little iron tool? The part that comes down from the "T" widens and flattens out like a chisel.
