B&O Baggage tag in river

Thanks to Aquachigger, I started detecting in the river. Second time out I found this RR baggage tag. Lots of clad, But this is the first cool target. Thanks again to Aquachigger TV.

Any info on it yet?
Ya gotta research what you dig, or at least ask for help here.
It looks like it has a patent date on the top, that can really narrow down the time period of the item.

I believe the letters over top the slot are the manufacturer of the tag.
