I took some time off to do some skiing. Got 2 weeks of great sking in the Northwest. Then I caught a "Montezuma's Revenge" virus or something that laid me up for a few days. But I'm back now. Yesterday was a clad day. (Not that there's anything wrong with that.) But today was a great day. I hunted an old defunct amusement park area that I had hit many times. My first find was a 1909 Barber Quarter, very deep, about 10 inches. Then I found three separate Mercs in succession, all were at least six inches deep. Found a couple nickels and some wheaties. Also a 1907 Indian Head cent. All these were pretty deep and some were giving really weird signals. Last but not least, I popped a 1928 Stander, which was also about 10 inches.
