Back from Florida

I got home yesterday afternoon from a trip me and my wife took to Disney world. My wife loves that place and I had a lot of fun also, especially the safari ride they have. I won't bother with the park stuff, but as I walked around the place we stayed I did admire the things found naturally around the area. Coming home as we got close to the Denver airport I could see big dust devil's dancing all around the dry dirt fields and the wind was really blowing off the mountains making for a bumpy decent. One air blast rocked the plane enough to get a little thrill reaction out of some of the passengers. These high winds here at home are announcing a change in the weather and I can't sleep here at 3 AM as the dogs woke me up with the strong winds outside this early morning.. Looks like we may even get some snow as it's cold and rainy out there now at this wee hour of the morning.

It was in the high 70s and low 80s in dry and dusty Colorado for 4 days before we left. It was actually cooler in Florida, but a very pleasant mid 70s with a perfect breeze blowing in the palm trees. No bugs either. It was a perfect trip and my wife is a expert at putting together travel plans. Not one minute was spent wandering around not knowing what to do or find. I just followed her every where we went.

So if you saw a big rock off out in the field you couldn't just wander off and look at it, just stay with the itinerary? haha! Good to have a planner along on those excursions though, and time is limited. If I went to that Disney world thing though, I would definitely need somebody to follow around.

Na! That wasn't me, but wait another 20 years and I'll be 80 and it then will be I with my knuckles hanging high on the steering wheel of my 1974 Cadillac cruising down the roads of Florida at 15 mph

You know G.I.B., Tamrock went to Florida and probably became what we detest most up here. A 'Gaper'. That was the highway problem. Hey, was the cereal aisle at the local grocery store blocked up? That was probably tr too!
