Back to 1st street tearout

Me and a buddy when back the street tear out , construction crew were still working but were able hunt part of the street, it go t dark so headlamps come out this was my first night hunt ever. I was able to find a few relics and my buddy was able to find broken piece of a silver spoon handle

Well done on the spoon fragment! I like that it says "Sterling" on it.

The one cartridge doesn't have a primer, so it is a rim fire, perhaps a Spencer?
