Hello everyone,
Just wrapped up my weekend hunt and wanted to share! The finds in the photo are from 2 different beaches in a single day. I found the part of a smartphone (iphone?), some shades (may have accidentally broke one of the spines, or it may have been like that already, not sure), the largest lead / iron fishing lure I've ever seen in my life (heavily encrusted, with a 3-pronged hook still on the back / to the right of the shades), 3 quarters and a nickel, and a variety of other objects that are easily identifiable. The weather was beautiful, the water was relatively flat, and the beaches were crowded. Met a lot of friendly faces, and even helped some beachgoers find their car keys. They dug so many holes to find it prior, their spot looked like a construction site! Luckily, I was able to find it for them in a minute, and they were on there way to dinner! Another lovely day in tropical Florida!
AN: I found a lot of can slaw from the dredging operations that are still going on, but threw out most of it.
