Back to Civil war park...Can anyone date this?

Went back to Civil war training park today, got a solid quarter signal at 6.5 inches and dug this hair clip, It appears to be silver on the outside with some type of rine stones, inside is copper with a deer. Anyone have a clue how I can date this There is no writing on it whatsoever.

Only clue I have is 6.5 inches down. But I tell ya, to me that is one really cool piece. I mean it, a real gem!

The stag reminds me a German Etchings a friend owns.
The stance and reared head is almost identical.
