20 ish years ago I buried a metal lozenge box on a beach filled with silver coins, buffalos, wheaties, trinkets. Somebody found it. Back then it was no big deal. Now it would be a pretty good find. I just came across this cookie tin of assorted finds from 20 ish years ago. Crucifixes, medallions, brass beach tags, coins, tokens, ship spikes, lead toys. I’m tossing it all back on the beach. Still deciding if it’s going to be a hundred little thrills for different people or one big one for somebody.
