Back Yard Finds near RR tracks clothes, a bone, and more!

I dug up a large area of my back yard Northeast Wisconsin, these are some of the things I found, I know what the hoe is and the other garden or farm tool, but don't know age or anything else about them. That belt thing is about 4 ft. long. The blue jacket had two buttons left on it, one was a cuff and the other went down the front of the coat.
I can get actual measurements and other info if needed for any of these things. I just wanted to get this posted before I go dig some more today! Thanks!

In 3 of the first 4 photos, the one top center is the remains of a hoe. The one left of it looks like a planting trowel.

The iron piece on the far right looks real close to the piece that holds a motor mount

Thanks for responding, like I said I knew what those were, I just don't know their age or anything else about them! Its the other items that are a mystery to me! LOL
