Patrimony, question for you: That news story deals with things like shipwreck salvage scale type stuff. Right? And as such, so too can you probably find laws that deal with such things in ANY country's waters. Example: poor old Mel Fisher and his woes, etc... Yet none of that stuff is ever applied to casual fumble fingers beach goer losses, and us beach or land md'rs. So too am I guess that this has no impact on some American tourist, who is perhaps doing his vacation on the tourist beaches of the Bahamas. Right?

Or did you mean to say this somehow affects md'rs ?
