Balance of Sunday's finds- Buckles, wheat, knife, etc.

This is a continuation of my other posts:
http://forum.treasurenet.com/index.php/topic,71006.0.html
These are more things my son and I found at the farm yesterday.
*By the large rock formation pictured, I found the two buckles & clip. Still have pieces of leather attached. The round pieces are copper.
Any idea? Farm or feud item?

*Old pocket knife.

*Shotgun shell piece - "A.L. Howard New Haven, Ct. No.0"
Any idea of age?

* A strange looking horseshoe with a tab still on the bottom. Never saw one like this before. The other large horseshoe in the first picture is one I found last week. It still has the square nails in it.
The other shoehorn looking piece, I have no idea what it is?

*And last, but not least, 3 wheat pennies all found in one honey hole. Honey & wheat? Sounds like a cereal. ;D The dates are 1939 , 1937, and a 1925. The 1925 by the way is my oldest coin find so far. Yaba-daba-doo. Hopefully I find my way into the 1800's this year.
Thanks for looking.

Cool stuff. Wish I could be out detecting. Here is a pic of my front yard on Wendsday. Thankfully the offical meltdown has begun today. ;D

Mirage,
Are you in the North Pole? Geez, that's a lot of snow. Reminds me of my youth growing up in Northern Indiana. Ahhhhh, those were fun times. :D
We're not taking the snow for an excuse though. If DANIMAL can get out in the stuff, so can you. :o Hopefully you thaw out soon.

Hey!
I had taxes to do, a computer to rebuild, diner to make, a sock drawer to organize, ....

And if those don't qualify as proper excuses, I was solving world hunger, negotiating peace in the middle east and eliminating prejudice. ;D :D

It looks like an old Barlow knife. There might be a name on the blade if you can open it. The Barlow style has been around since the 18th century. the pics on the following web page won't open for me, but you might check out the following site.
