Barley Stubble Field....

After yesterday we decided to get back on the stubble. Things had swung in our favour - over night rain & the straw had been bailed. It was also a cooler day, so we put in a 5 hour session.
Pretty good results;

11 Roman Bronze & 1/3rd of a Roman Silver Siliqua
Tudor Button
Royal Farthing
17th C Token
17/18th C Pipe Tamper
18th C broken Fob Seal
18th C Clog Clasp
Bits....

The Tudor Button and the 18thc Fob Seal are nice finds Cru!
Making the 'impression' in the putty gives a much better perspective on the detail!
