I love the wayback machine. I use it all the time to see what a company or someone said years or decades ago.

Cool looking machine...

My Barracuda is my first pulse machine experience this year and I love it as much as Clive does. It's deep and really effective at washing out iron tones and gives a beautiful round sound on gold rings. I've taken it everywhere I've found gold with my Excalibur and have found more deeper gold that I didn't pick up or hear with my excal running hot in pinpoint. LOVE IT ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1473728266.397057.webp

Thanks for sharing. I always wondered why the actual "Barracuda" detector itself was labeled "Baracuda".
Happy hunting and save a little gold for the competition....:laughing7:

With my name, I guess I should have one, right?:laughing7:

Shot that over to Jimmy Pugh I'm sure he will like to see that.
regards,
clive
Just an afterthought had a talk with Jimmy today he enjoyed seeing his old site. He said that the fish's eyes used to flash red! Great all around build on that machine still have my original wand and elbow brace. While I see a lot of guys trying to reverse engineer the Cuda--it's the audio that makes the original great. The caps, pins and iron are obvious-- and the optimization is so exact it hits micro specs of foil along with lunker gold. Those are secrets that only Jimmy has.

All of those in favour of the Barracuda II......stand up and be counted....I have found a source of high grade poly carbonate enclosures. Not the original Ikelite but a tubular version.

Clive.....how did you go on the CZ20. Did you get in successfully?

Regards,
Tony.

I'd love to see cuda II! Lots of secrets in the construction of the original of which I know a few. Here is a pic of my haul 4th of July weekend this year from beaches pounded with dual fields, 3030s and excals.ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1476309407.537733.webp
