If a friend and former co-worker of mine ever visited this site and was a member, he could tell you. He has been collecting and selling Sports Memorabilia for probably 40 years or more. If I can get ahold of him, I will ask him to look and advise me of the signature.

Is it a Rawlings official American or National League baseball? You can get an idea of the date it was signed by the American or National League baseball president's name stamped on the ball.

For example, here's my Carl Yastrzemski signed baseball with Lee MacPhail's stamped signature on it. I had this autographed in 1984, which was the last year that he was the AL president. A picture or info about the stamping on the ball would help a lot.

If it's signed by Michael Jordan, it should be an American League ball, since he played for the Chicago White Sox minor league team, The Birmingham Barons.

P.S. If it was signed during that time, it's probably an AL president Bobby Brown stamped baseball. Could also be a Gene Budig ball, who became the AL president in August 1994.
