The eastern star seems to be 5 pointed, rather than the 6 here.
But this is just as much a guess, is it related to Freemasons; Freemasonry Explained - Part 3/3
this shows a diagram which has very close initials highlighted, maybe the eye is an I on yours? But it's still not quite right

Did you photoshop the letters or figures on the star points? When I first saw it, I didn't 'take in' the scale, and first thought car club badge (for a car grill). Obviously not that. But the devil's in the details. Hard to see the un-marked face in the collage format. Try to get a better pic - close and w/o any touch-ups. That will help to solve this. Cool item. Yak
