Basket ID Help Please

[LogansRun]

Found this old basket in an attic with several antique items. Just curious if anyone could tell me what type it might be. I know some baskets are very collectible. Thanks for any help.

Thanks. I know the estate owners were from North Carolina but don't know if that is the origin of the basket.

Thanks, Didn't have a clue until Charlie P set me on the right track.

This movie was ahead of its time with the people living in the inner earth. One of my favorite movies of all time.
