Beach Find - Small w/ Magnetic Base 2 Batteries Inside*It's a FLASHINGBLINKYLITE

Found this at my local Southern California Beach last week. It was at least 6" deep and tricked me by sticking to the outside of my scoop...it's got a magnetic base. It's small about 1/4" diameter. It has what looks like a lens with six windows showing. What they're showing is a mystery to me.

It unscrews and holds 2 battery cells.

Any Ideas?

HH Joe
