Yesterdays hunt, 5 hours with the manticore. Found the masons pendant in the first half hour and spent what felt like an hour looking for the chain which I didn’t find. Continued to work the area and found a small amount of clad and lots of aluminum. I switched locations and found the gold plated cross, again could not locate the chain. The cross really looked good in the scoop but it was plated. the two pieces of broken pottery came from the same area, I always look closely in my scoop because I have also found arrowheads there
