Now I'm telling ya, this just aint funny digging a china gumball machine ring like this in the dark. My eyes bugged out and my heart went pitter patter when I first saw this one.

Charles how did you make out on the diamond ring...did anyone claim it yet?...did you end up with it?......maybe i missed the post

No one has claimed the ring yet. As it turns out the officer at the front desk was mistaken as to the length of the waiting period. Its not 30 days its actually 180 days. This is a state law and I confirmed this by looking it up on-line myself. One lady did come forward and they thought it was her ring at first but as I mentioned I gave the police detailed information I have not shared on-line and it turned out it wasn't her ring afterall. I guess that means there's another honker diamond ring out there to find dang!

Charles

sorry to hear that, well better luck next ring

What part of the beach do you hunt? I never found a ring at the beach. >:(

I hunt the wet sand at low tide and sometimes wade around in the water with my Excal. I leave the dry sand to the hordes who detect up there in foilville.

Thanks for the reply Charles.
For better or worst, I'm one of the horde. I've tried the wet sand but can't seem to get my Tesoro to settle down.
