Beach turns up silver and gold

After being away on business for three weeks I finally got back out. I went to a beach I named Silver Beach because of all of the old coins I find there. My first good find was this little guy. I’m having trouble identifying the karat but it weighs 2.12 grams or .077 ounces. I also found a ‘42 quarter and two Mercs. ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1535240338.151243.webp

I think you have 18k on the Papal medal . I think the 50 mark should read 750 ( designating 18k) I think I can see on the left edge of the 50 mark , the longer aspect of the 7 - not a complete strike.
