I went for a couple hours back to my beanfield, I hit on the 1889 Indian Head Cent first. Little while later this Quarter screamed at me loud as the buckle the other day at the other farm.

Enjoy the pix

Well done Brad. That quarter is really nice, so sharp... and shiny!

Best of luck to you.

Brad The 1888-o Morgan silver dollar had a doubled die variety called the "hot lip" one I saw in my U.S. coin book page 229 2016 issue

Great looking Barber and IH. Congrats on the finds

Beauty barber quarter buddy. I only have one but it's nice luckily. Feels so good to get that great signal out in the middle of a big area. Especially when that comes out

Of all the coins I've pulled, when I first uncover one of those quarters and the back is in that slightly darkened, toned shape. You know, that some of them get? It always gives me such a thrill to see that eagle looking up at me!

NICE!

Great digs, and congrats on the Barber!

Congrats on the awesome finds! That Barber is in great shape and worth a few bucks too.

Thanks
How much do you think she's worth?

Nice looking Quarter Brad. If you saw the 1901 first, i'll bet you were shaking as you turned it over, looking for that magical S mint mark. That would have made it one valuable quarter in that condition.
I never seen the date until I got back to the car.

treblehunter,Please look up Morgan silver dollar of 1888-o in your Red book,a doubled die variety so called hot lips one. I hope the answers my crazy comment. Yours, from thrifty
I had googled---"hot lip's Barber Quarter"
The Morgan came up and also the comment about the voluptuous lips

Boy, Brad--that quarter is smokin! Congrats on all of these great finds! -Lisa & John

Thanks bud
I was first hoping for Spanish when I first seen a glint of silver, where I'm hunting it is always possible, I was back there yesterday and found another musket ball and a huge tompac button, both very deep.
