I'm back out there again finding old coins in some of the most pounded areas around where I live. I'm a old timer with many years off experience so I know where and how to get the GOODS.
The video starts off with a little local history and after that I get to hunting.
We don't get more than 12" of rain annually so a lot of the coins I find are in excellent shape. This time it was a very nice shield nickel. I have found more flying eagles than I have shield nickels so this is a nice addition to my collection.
I hope you enjoy the video

If you're going to post,,,
a little story about your hunt and some pictures would really be nice. A lot of us don't have unlimited data and can't watch videos.
Thanks for posting.

Title corrected, nice find. :headbang:

Nice vid and sweet nickel- it appears your sandy soil is very kind to coins- i can't ever recall seeing a shield nickel come out of the ground in better condition- Congrats!
