I put a little less sugar and milk this morning...
And a tuna fish sandwich under each arm.

And I feel the lack of milk and sugar kicking tendencies into action.

I have already checked in the mirror three times looking for any change...
Extra hair growth...
Extra growths in general...
Checked for brain shrinkage...
Um... what else did I check...

Anyway... when I got up I was clean shaven...
Now after two cups of black coffee I have a beard.
Which is cool because it covers part of my full face tattoo I got in the middle of the night.

Is this normal ? or should I add my sugar and milk back ?

Well, I DO rub coffee grounds on my head (bald spot) before taking a shower... wife thinks I'm NUTS! YET! There IS some growth...
