Been a long time

Howdy all, I have not been here in many years. Went through a nasty divorce and got full custody of my 3 kids and had a lot of things change in my life. I used to post all the time my adventures digging artifacts.
Now I get out once in a while and get to dig but have not the time mostly. Just thought I would say hi and post the last few things I did find several months ago.
Hope everyone is still doing good and finding lots of killas!!!

I am finding lots of burn't charcoal . I know there are hundreds of more points if I can just get the time to go get em!

Lots of nice finds! I was curious about the burnt charcoal you have found. I have found a good bit of what may be burnt charcoal in an area where I have found quite a few points and broken points. Do you have a picture of the charcoal? I don’t really know anything about the relationship of charcoal to artifacts. Maybe I should go back and take a better look. Welcome back!

the last picture is the charcoal. All those black spots in the dirt is charcoal. It is everywhere. Lots of people have lived in this spot. I call it the indian Hilton. That is about a foot wide area that is about 4-5 foot down . I have got guntersvilles and hamiltons all the way to bentons and kirks from this one area in front of this 1 shelter. around 500+ points and 28 pestles so far. Still got 2x as much dirt to move just hard to get the time to do it.
