Nice finds! Looks like the projectile was sharpened into a perforator. And yes that is a piece of water worn NA pottery imo...

A rim shard of pottery. Nice bevel on the corner notched point. Is that an Alabama find? If so, maybe a Palmer or Hardaway Palmer.
