Found this last spring, Just soaked 72 hours in Worcestershire Sauce (Sparton Brand) & look what happened.

Never heard of using that, but it sure did bring out some detail! Nice job.
 
Worcestershire sauce contains vinegar and molasses(sulfur) as well as a few other things.

Looks much better than it did! Didn't help or hurt the value on that particular coin anyway, so it turned out great! At least now it is more recognizable.

Good job!
 
Ketchup does the same thing to nickels.
