When I first looked down in that hole and that
coin shined up at me. I exclaimed, "WOW!"

It looked sooooo big!!

2016 (594).jpg

I guess that's because it's been sooo long since
I'd seen a silver coin in the bottom of the hole,
it shined up at me so brightly! It looked like a
silver dollar!! LOL

Blingie's new shiny-shiny is marked.
It says "Charity by Design 925"
But, I'm unsure how the 925 would apply to gold.
It does pass the 10k test. :dontknow:

It's been a long time coming. I'm just glad I got
to see one more. I've done nothing but rinse this
thing off. Isn't it a stunning example! :occasion16:

Thanks for peeking!

That thing is huge! At least it would seem so to me. My first season is drawing to a close and I have not gotten my coil over a silver quarter as yet. Congratulations on another fine day.

Congrats on the silver, WHADIFIND! If that doesn't give you a little wind in your sails, nothing will. :) Your post got me inspired and I can't wait to find a 90% silver coin in the dirt. WTG!

WOW... some nice finds. Who would have thought that digging in the dirt would bring the little kids out of us and make us smile once again. Especially the little shiny things.

Ahhh, the sweet glow of large silver! Well done! And well deserved! Congrats!

Now don't you feel better after basking in the halo glow of that beautiful silver quarter?
It was only a matter of time, but then waiting is the hard part.

You should pick that one up & put it in your pocket, those two have plenty!

I bet that beauty had a lovely solid reading and the AT was singing a sweet melody when you swept the coil over it....even your digger was smiling!
Great detail on your shinny, shinny!

ACTUALLY......the signal was not very clear! This ground is very highly mineralized. I think it was the recent rains that put me in reach of this one. It actually gave me a mixed signal around 80-82 with an occasional jump on the swings. I got the feeling that it might be a deep wheatie. I was pleasantly surprised! :) ( sic shocked!)

wtg on the silver. The Washington is pretty nifty shape. . I think 925 is gold plated sterling silver. Got Blingie all decked out over there.
