Tried a new spot yesterday and wandered away from the cellar hole. I found a stonewall corner and swung it because I know the farmers spent more time in the corners and I got a jump high tone. Bouncing from 18 to 26. I was thinking crotal bell but to my surprise coins started popping out. These were wedged between large pine tree roots and a rock. Over all it was 4 large cents, a small cent (indian) and my first Trime. 1852

Later I finished the day at the camp and got the Rosie, .925 earring, 3 nickels, small buckel, musket ball, 1960s Timex watch, and a wheat.
