best CWR's of dimes I've had and ? on foreign

so I picked up $400 in CWR dimes and in about the 5th roll I get this



6 rosies and a 1965 Canadian

I had high hopes moving forward but no others produced like that. I did end up with 11 rosies and the Canadian so happy with those results

I also found this foreign which appears to have an Asian man on the obverse and an ?eagle? on the back. I can make out the words and slightly smaller than a dime so any help is appreciated.

Nice, the most I have gotten in any roll of dimes is 5 silver Rosie's.
