Best grinding stone yet

I found this a couple trips ago. I was actually metal detecting and my loop banged in to it. It's a good spot for native american stuff, so I always pick up or turn over the rocks I see in the water. It was upside down and when I flipped it over I had to catch my breath. The pic doesn't do it justice. HH, Paul

Looks to be a very well made metate, above the average. Unless tipped over by something abnormally, they are pretty much always upside down. If not they would collect water, bacteria, etc.
