Very nice piece of your local history. The weather channel said it was the largest hail there since 1950.

Always interesting when Mother Nature exposes a relic for us! Nice pick-up Jeff! :skullflag: :occasion14:

Nice finds Jeff. Look to be in great condition. Congrats

Great intuition and nice old milk jug. I’ve only ever found 3 intact. We simply need it to stop raining in Pennsylvania. Last year was the highest rainfall since the ice age in PA. This year is just as bad. Many of the old growth trees in our woods are falling from the ground simply being too saturated. I hate seeing 6 ft diameter healthy trees uprooted when I hike.

Nice bottle. Good idea too.

In between storms is right...

we had three inches of more rain yesterday and last night, it is what it is

The rain is a pain in the butt, but so far we have not had the amount of mosquitoes we did last year. They drove me crazy!

I'm still afraid to Wipe the Paint, I Did Rinse it
out Twice & Spray the Outside with Window Cleaner.
Trying to Control My Urge to Wipe the Painted Parts till After Noon Tomorrow.:tongue3:

I Have to run and Buy a Quart of Milk tomorrow Also.
Just for Pictures. I Never Have White Milk in the House.

I'm not familiar with this Reverse Pic of the 2 Girls.
Most Bottles I've seen have Lykens on Both Sides & the Later Narrow Top

Quite a score. Congrats!

Nice to read a positive happening amid the weather.

Nice!!! Congrats!!!

What kind of tree was it? If it's a walnut it would be worth a few bucks. Most woods are cheap right now except walnut. The Chinese are buying it like crazy. Gary

Weeping Willow

Always nice to find one intact! Does the area appear to be just a random patch of glass or are you on the edge of a dump? Where that tree fell wouldn't be the only upturned ground if there was old glass and I could find the shovel.
